This Dry Ice Blaster Cleans Industrial and Commercial Surfaces 80% Faster

Monica Liu (ML): Our battery-powered floor sweepers and new dry ice blasting machines are for industrial and commercial use. Our dry ice blasting machine is a non-abrasive, environmentally friendly cleaner that produces zero secondary waste. It tackles hard-to-clean surfaces 80% faster than other mechanical cleaning methods, like sandblasting or hand-cleaning. Our customers mostly use it in the car detailing, medical devices, and mining industries.

Our main differentiating factor is price — other manufacturers of dry ice blasters charge more than $3,000, but our product is only $2,399, with free shipping anywhere in the U.S. It requires an air compressor with airflow ranging from 35 to 140 CFM. We currently have zero returns of this product, but we do offer a two-year warranty, aftersale support, free shipping, and free returns within 30 days. This goes for all our products.

ML: That’s actually the most common question we get from customers. The answer is that the products are factory-direct, so we don’t deal with any middlemen. Customers get the machines directly from Sanitmax. That’s why we’re able to offer prices lower than that of our competitors.

Another common question from customers is whether we have certain parts and accessories in stock, and the answer is yes. We stock hoses, nozzles, and all other necessary parts so that we can serve our customers with all their aftersale needs. The two-year warranty period covers parts that break — we can replace those free of charge.

ML: One of our customers lost the key to his floor cleaning machine. He called us for a replacement, offering to pay for it because the machine was past the warranty. We made an exception and shipped it for free, and he received it in one week.

That’s what distinguishes Sanitmax from other sellers. We offer high-quality products at low prices, in addition to quick, reliable aftersale support. If a part breaks after the two-year warranty period, we offer a discount on the replacement parts.
